Small Groups

Small Groups are a great way to get plugged into our community. Each small group is centred around the values of connect, grow and serve. We want to create environments where relationships develop, where individuals dive deeper into discipleship to Jesus and where serving becomes a natural bi-product of healthy community. Our conviction is that this happens over time—around tables, through meaningful conversations, and alongside committed people.

Our Small Groups meet weekly on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays all across Vancouver and North Vancouver. Each small group is led by an individual or couple that are trusted by our pastoral staff. Our small group pastors and staff are committed to ensuring that people can enter safe environments built on the stable foundation of God’s word.

*Why are some groups full?

We always want to make space for new people in Small Groups at The Way Church. We work with our leaders closely to create as much space for new people as possible, through existing groups regularly multiplying or new groups starting. However, there are times we need to close groups on our website due to the capacity of a group’s location being reached.

These groups are specifically set up to try to accommodate the unique rhythms of life with kids.
