The vision of The Way Church has always been fuelled by a growing, generous, and mission-filled team of incredible volunteers. We have so many opportunities for people to serve in helping our ministries and city flourish.

No matter what strengths or experiences you may have, there’s a place for you on our Serve Team. Below are descriptions of some of the different opportunities to serve. Vision: Create a welcoming environment that inspires worship and helps people connect more deeply with the life and ministry of the church.

The Way Kids
Vision: To create a safe space for children of all ages to have fun, connect with peers, develop a biblical worldview and encounter the love of Jesus. The Way Kids also exists to intentionally equip parents and guardians to disciple the children in their care.

Creative Team
Vision: To tell the story of what God is doing in our church through creative means such as emotive video projects, impactful graphics, compelling marketing, and meaningful photography.
