The vision of The Way Church has always been fuelled by a growing, generous, and mission-filled team of incredible volunteers. We have so many opportunities for people to serve in helping our ministries and city flourish.

No matter what strengths or experiences you may have, there’s a place for you on our Serve Team.

  • Vision: Create a welcoming environment that inspires worship and helps people connect more deeply with the life and ministry of the church.

  • Vision: Create quality sound and visuals that lead people away from distraction and toward God and one another.

  • Vision: To create a safe space for children of all ages to have fun, connect with peers, develop a biblical worldview and encounter the love of Jesus. The Way Kids also exists to intentionally equip parents and guardians to disciple the children in their care.

  • Vision: To tell the story of what God is doing in our church through creative means such as emotive video projects, impactful graphics, compelling marketing, and meaningful photography.

  • Vision: To facilitate environments of musical worship on Sundays and mid-week, engaging the church to sing and praise God together.
